William & Mary has new myWM

The College of William & Mary has a new online system for students and community members.

The new myWM, my.wm.edu, was constructed after campus officials consulted with several departments on campus, looked at analytical data and conducted a campuswide survey.

Finding services is now easier, William & mary says, and the new site offers features to keep the community current with campus happenings. Services such as Banner, Blackboard, email and WMApps are featured prominently. Additional services are accessible through subsequent pages of links, known as the Current Student and Faculty & Staff gateway pages.

Other new features of the system include a design that's more compatible with iPads and smartphones, a gallery of campus photography, current William & Mary news stories, a stream of campus event listings and an aggregated feed from William & Mary's official Twitter account.
