Pilates center opens in Williamsburg

Williamsburg Mayor Clyde Haulman officiated at a ribbon cutting at the Pilates Center for Fitness and Therapeutic Conditioning on June 22.

The mayor helped celebrated the center’s new facilities at 502 Strawberry Plains Road in Williamsburg.

Haulman commended owner Mary-Jane Bell Amrein for returning to Williamsburg and for her commitment to fitness and for her creativity and excellence in managing her business for more than 20 years.

The center incorporates modern exercise science and rehabilitation principles emphasizing neutral alignment, core stability and peripheral mobility.
