Middleburg Financial Corp., which operates Middleburg Bank in Williamsburg, recently announced that it was added to the Russell 3000 Index.

“We are proud to be included in the Russell 3000 Index,” Gary Shook, president and CEO of Middleburg Financial Corp., said in the press release.
