Bacon Street Center offering social skills class for children with Autism

Bacon Street Center is hosting "The Social Network" a series of 10 week social skills groups for adolescents with high-functioning Autism.

The series is for children ages 12-17. The next series begins July 19. The series will continue each Thursday evening. Parental or guardian participation is expected to promote generalization of the skills outside the group.

The topics will cover bullying, choosing friends and joining conversations.

Bacon Street Center is located at 247 McLaws Circle.
