Architectural Review Board will consider fences, sunroom and exterior changes

The Williamsburg Architectural Review Board will meet at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, July 10.

The board will consider and discuss a number of issues at the meeting. 

For the architectural preservation district, the board will consider allowing the installation of a fence at 116 Chandler Court.

For the corridor protection district, it will look at the addition of a sunroom at 280 William Way, a fence being added to 1490-5J Quarterpath Road and changes to the exterior of 507 York Street that include a new paint scheme, doors and shutters.

It will also discuss adding umbrellas to 249-101 Richmond Road and review a proposed single-family home at 333 & 341 Scotland St.

The meeting will be held at the Municipal Building, 401 Lafayette St., Williamsburg.
