Ferguson announces new management promotions

Ferguson announced three management promotions Tuesday, July 24.

Debra Deihl was promoted to vice president of financial services. She will transition from her current position of senior director of shared accounting by February 2013.

Deihl began working at Ferguson as the manager of the East Coast Shared Accounting Center in 1999. She became manager of the East and West Shared Accounting Centers in 2005 and became senior director in 2012.

"Debra brings a wealth of knowledge and talent to this expanded role," Dave Keltner, chief financial officer of Ferguson, said in a press release.

Jeff Cash will be the new director of business development for Wolsely Canada. He will work to expand market shares and profitability in Canada and will be responsible for developing business plans.

He has more than 10 years of experience with Kohler and started working with Ferguson as a regional business development manager in 2004.

Caryn Helmandollar was promoted to senior director of risk management. She will be responsible for health and safety, insurance, compliance with various regulations and agencies, claims management and more. 

She joined Ferguson as regional human resource manager for Stock Building Supply in 1999.

Ferguson is a distributor of residential and commercial plumbing supplies, pipes, valves and fittings, as well as heading, ventilation and air conditioning equipment.
