James City County Police Department arrest report, July 28-Aug. 3

The following were arrested on charges by the James City County Police Department from July 30 to Aug. 3:

July 30: Reginald Antonio, 36, was arrested on charges of discharging a firearm in a public place at Oak Drive.
July 30: Charlie L. Watson, 40, was arrested on charges of revocation of suspended sentence and probation.
July 30: Nicholas W. Morrissey, was arrested on charges of false identity to police officer.
July 30: Peter D. Bile, 36, was arrested on charges of breaking and entering with intent to commit felony.
July 30: Shanee L. Walker, 35, was arrested on charges of failing to comply with support obligations.
July 30: Monae L. Woodard, 28, was arrested on charges of credit card theft.
July 31: Andrew J. Gentry, 57, was arrested on charges of assault and battery of a police officer or firefighter.
July 31: Michael B. Coates, 21, was arrested on charges of a hit and run accident resulting in injuries.
Aug. 1: Mary K. Jernigan, 29, arrested on charges of a parole board warrant.
Aug. 1: David M. West, 39, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol.
Aug. 1. Tyrell T. Seldon, 31, was arrested on charges of assault and battery of a family member.
Aug. 1: Michelle L. Jordan, 38, was arrested on charges of revocation of suspended sentence and probation.
Aug. 1: Terrence O. Pressey, 37, was arrested on charges of public intoxication or swearing.
Aug. 1: Michael A. Ralph, 43, was arrested on charges of failure to perform construction after advance.
Aug. 2: Timothy D. Knight, 36, was arrested on charges of parole board warrant.
Aug. 2: Kim R. Dufore, 55, was arrested on charges of aggravated sexual battery.
Aug. 2: Shane J. Roby, 30, was arrested on charges of being a fugitive from justice.
Aug. 2: Robert L. Pratt, 44, was arrested on charges of concealment, price alter merchandise.
Aug. 2: Eric D. Bowers, 43, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol.
Aug. 2: Derrick L. Moore, 25, was arrested on charges of temporary detention order.
Aug. 3: Martin J. Matthews, 26, was arrested on charges of capias fail to appear.
Aug. 3: Lawrence J. Novak, 61, was arrested on charges of assault and battery of family member.
Aug. 3: Ladrake E. Scott, 19, was arrested on charges of public intoxication or swearing.
