WATA Board of Directors meeting to be held Aug. 22

The Williamsburg Area Transit Authority will hold a board of directors meeting at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 22.

Open to the public, the meeting takes place in the Building D conference room, 101 Mount Bays Road, Williamsburg.

The agenda includes time for public comment followed by a consent calendar discussion that includes meeting minutes.

The board will consider appointments of the Colonial Williamsburg Foundation Board representative, election of officers and authorization to sign checks and make electronic disbursements.

Also on the agenda are the vehicle use policy, appreciation of Anthony Conyers Jr. and reports from the facility team and executive director.

Board requests and directives will also be presented.
