Williamsburg parks to host fall adult volleyball

The Williamsburg Parks and Recreation Department is hosting several fall adult volleyball leagues beginning Monday, Sept. 10.

Men's and women's intermediate to advanced leagues will be held Thursday evenings through Nov. 8, according to the department's website williamsburgva.gov/rec.     Four adult coed leagues will be offered for all levels of play, from beginner to advanced. The coed games will be played from 6:30-9:30 p.m. Mondays.    Games will be played at the Quarterpath Recreation Center, 202 Quarterpath Road.   Registration for all of the leagues is $160 per team and players must be 16 years of age or older.   The registration deadline is Friday, Aug. 31.   To register a team, call the Quarterpath Recreation Center at 757-259-3760.    For more information, visit williamsburgva.gov/.
