and La Fayette Boulevard  A 47-year-old male was arrested on a charge of assault and battery of a family member A 32-year-old female was arrested on a charge of open alcoholic container A 38-year-old male was arrested on a charge of open alcoholic container in the unit block of Jamestown Road    Aug. 13 A 21-year-old male was arrested on a charge of forging public records A 39-year-old female was arrested on a charge of concealment, price altering merchandise less than $200 in the unit block of John Tyler Highway  A 19-year-old male was arrested on a charge of driving after illegally consuming
