Two Williamsburg runners complete Gender Defender 5K
Two runners from Williamsburg completed the Gender Defender 5K on Aug. 25 in Quantico.
Doyle Gage, 57, and Debra Harman, 58, both completed the race with a time of 38:07.
A total of 589 runners finished the 5K race, which started at the Marine Corps Base Quantico and ended in downtown Quantico.
Nicholas Oltman, of Fredericksburg, was the men's overall winner with a time of 17:00, while Susanna Sullivan, of Falls Church, was the winner in the women's division with 17:45.
