One Williamsburg runner completes The Virginia 4 Miler Run

One athlete from Williamsburg completed the The Virginia 4 Miler Run on Sept. 29 in Lynchburg.

The runner from Williamsburg was Elizabeth Harbron, 39, 1:09:30.

A total of 1,113 finished the four-mile race, which was held at E.C. Glass High School.

Sandy Roberts, of Raleigh, was the men's overall winner with a time of 19:13, while Laurie Richardson, of Forest, was the winner in the women's category with 26:37.
