3:05 a.m.: Drugs, possession of marijuana on Richmond Road  8:28 a.m.: Mental subject on Ironbound  3:42 p.m.: Drunk in public on Richmond Road  8:58 p.m.: Annoying phone calls on York  Oct. 5
1:08 a.m.: Drunk in public, profane language on Capitol Landing Road      The department also reported the following arrests during the same period:   Oct. 4
An 18-year-old male was arrested on a charge of possession of marijuana on Glen Court  A 50-year-old male was arrested on a charge of drunk in public, profane language on Richmond Road  Oct. 5
A 21-year-old male was arrested on a charge of drunk in public, profane language on Stratford Drive
