Girls volleyball preview: York at New Kent

The New Kent Trojans will host the York Falcons in a girls volleyball match at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 16.

New Kent is 14-5 (14-5 in conference play) on the season, falling to Jamestown by a score of 25-23, 25-19, 26-24 on Oct. 11. Stuart Burnett is the coach of the Trojans.

York is 6-6 (6-4 in conference play) on the season, prevailing over Poquoson by a score of 3-1 on Oct. 10. Kelly Dreyfuss is the coach of the Falcons.

New Kent will go on the road and play Poquoson at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 18.

The Falcons will next play at home, hosting Bruton at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 18.
