Montrose Christian School grad Browman contributes to University of Virginia victory

Montrose Christian School graduate Doug Browman played for the University of Virginia in a 67-39 win at home against Mississippi Valley State University on Dec. 8 at John Paul Jones Arena in Charlottesville.

The senior guard recorded two rebounds for the Cavaliers, who improved to 8-2 on the season.

The University of Virginia's next game is 7 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 19 at home against Morgan State University.

Browman is a 2009 graduate of Montrose Christian School in Rockville, where he earned scholar athlete honors. Browman is from Midlothian and is the son of Doug and Barbara Browman.
