Ware records highest men's scratch game at AMF Williamsburg Lanes

As of Saturday, Dec. 15, Michael Ware had the highest scratch game in reporting men's bowling leagues for the last week at AMF Williamsburg Lanes, according to LeagueSecretary.com.

Ware rolled a 279.

According to LeagueSecretary.com, following Ware, the top single-game men's scores were bowled by Christopher Jones (257), Brian Martin (256), Peter Sczuroski (255), Robin Johnson (253), Christopher Greene (247), Robin Johnson (245), Derek Retan (244), Robin Johnson (244), Randall Martin (236), Richard Suckart (236), John Yannitello (234), Harold Smith (232), Jarrell Pretlow (227), Paul Murphy (225), Roger Swigert (225), Paul Mcgee (225), Christopher Greene (224), Corey Vanleliveld (223), Derek Retan (223), Matthew Shaffer (222), William Windham (221), John Yannitello (221), Roger Swigert (220) and George Jackson (217).

The top men's series scratch scores were earned by Robin Johnson (742), Christopher Jones (680), Derek Retan (678), Christopher Greene (666) and John Yannitello (666).

AMF Williamsburg Lanes is at 5544 Olde Towne Road. According to the organization, "The center offers traditional bowling on 40 lanes in a recently renovated center that has plenty of concourse seating and a café area with two flat-screen TVs to watch favorite sports and entertainment programs."
