City of Williamsburg
Officials in the city of Williamsburg will collect unwanted Christmas trees Monday, Jan. 7 and Monday, Jan. 14.
According to a city release, trees must be placed curbside before 7 a.m. the day of the pick up.
The tree removal is a service the city provides residents. The trees are ground into mulch for use by the Landscaping Department and to create fish habitats at Waller Mill Park.
