Farm Bureau Scholarship available to high school seniors

The Charles City-James City-New Kent-York Farm Bureau has announced the rules and regulations for the group's Farm Bureau Scholarship.

According to a Farm Bureau press release, "The scholarship program is open to all seniors residing in Charles City, James City, New Kent and York and seniors whose parents are members of the Charles City, James City, New Kent, York Farm Bureau, regardless of their county of residence. It is important that any student interested in agriculture should apply."

Applications will be available at local high schools and at the following Farm Bureau locations: Charles City/New Kent, 3408 Rescue Drive, Providence Forge; James City, 151 Kristiansand Drive, Norge; and York, 1215 George Washington Memorial Highway, Yorktown.
