January Constitutional Conversations workshop scheduled for Jan. 17

The January Constitutional Conversations workshop will be held Thursday, Jan. 17 at Williamsburg Regional Library in Williamsburg.

The event will run from 6:30-8 p.m.

According to a press release from Constitutional Conversations, "January's adult workshop will discuss recent and upcoming Supreme Court Cases, including topics such as affirmative action, the Voting Rights Act, searches by police dogs, and more. The middle and high school student section will cover the criminal process, looking at how the Fifth and Sixth Amendments affect our modern society."

The free event will be held at Williamsburg Regional Library, 515 Scotland St., Williamsburg. Registration is encouraged but not required.
