Williamsburg United Methodist Church announces jazz vespers service

Williamsburg United Methodist Church will hold its jazz vespers service at 7 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 27.

The event is open to everyone. Performing jazz arrangements of hymns and spirituals will be the church's vesper choir, soloists and the Weldon Hill Trio.

According to the church, "The jazz vespers service will pay tribute to Black History Month by honoring the Rev. Martin Luther King Jr. and his vital American legacy."

Williamsburg United Methodist Church is at 500 Jamestown Road, Williamsburg.
