Williamsburg Board of Zoning Appeals to meet Feb. 5

The Williamsburg Board of Zoning Appeals will meet at 4 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 5.

According to the published agenda, the following new business is scheduled for discussion:

1. BZA No. 13-002: Request of Colby Cumber to appeal the determination of the zoning administrator that the number of dwelling units at 207 Cary St. violates the zoning ordinance.

2. Approval of the minutes from the Tuesday, Jan. 8 meeting.

The meeting will be held at Williamsburg Municipal Building, conference room 3A, third floor, 401 Lafayette St.

Members of the Williamsburg Board of Zoning Appeals are C. Stewart Goddin, Fred Siegel, Frank Ferrante, Dennis Kiser and Drew Gruber.
