112 Williamsburg runners complete Jamestown High School Swamp Run 5K

A total of 112 athletes from Williamsburg completed the Jamestown High School Swamp Run 5K on March 9 in Williamsburg.

The top runners from Williamsburg and their finishing times were Andrew Richards, 18, 16:23; Keith Schumann, 42, 17:34; Greg Dawson, 47, 17:46; Chris Crowder, 17, 17:52; Jesse Berwald, 35, 17:53; Brian McManus, 17, 18:58; Jennifer Quarles, 41, 19:44; Terry McManus, 51, 20:05; Will Murray, 57, 20:34; Connie Glueck, 48, 20:51; Jason Miller, 35, 20:52; Debbie McLaughlin, 47, 20:54; Chris Robertson, 40, 21:10; Dan O’Brien, 50, 21:18; Andrew Ambrose, 31, 21:30; Scott Richardson, 47, 21:36; Billy Sharp, 19, 21:59; Daniel Napolitano, 14, 22:01; Bob Keroack, 55, 22:02; Jake Lobash, 12, 22:13; Elizabeth Winthrop, 26, 22:17; Aaron Squire, 10, 22:30; David Glass, 40, 22:57; Paul Benevente, 43, 22:59; Joe Buehrle, 23, 23:19; Paul Glass, 11, 23:25; William Sharer, 66, 23:37; Zackery Nelson, 12, 23:44; Cory Springer, 47, 23:44; Jeanette Primich, 36, 23:51; Eddie Montero, 46, 23:54; Chris Abelt, 56, 24:13; John Stout, 48, 24:20; Jack Winthrop, 22, 24:32; Ethen Pickles, 10, 24:41; Michael Glueck, 51, 24:45; Roxanne Lovelace, 23, 24:58; Chip Bradley, 55, 25:05; Ed Irish, 63, 25:10; and Dianne Backer, 51, 25:33. Seventy-two other local runners also completed the race.

Race organizers said 179 runners finished the 5K race, which began and ended at Jamestown High School.

Richards was the men's overall winner, while Krissa Loretto, of Toms River, N.J., was the winner in the women's category with a time of 19:37.
